1. What is the armrest spacing?
The inside width of the armrest of the ROZI Gaming Chair is found to be 56 cm. There may be some errors depending on the measurement location, so please check it for reference when purchasing. 

2. I'm assembling it now, but the backrest doesn't come out and the two overlap, so what should I do?
First of all, we are very sorry for the inconvenience in using/assembling. Sometimes the nut part is not smooth during production. If it's difficult to assemble, I'll help you exchange or return it. I know you're busy, but... For smooth progress, please send the photo data of the problem to the number below.

3. Is the hip backrest detachable？
Yes! It can be detached and positioned. Please note that the neck cushion can also be detached and positioned.
